Station 2 is the island's center of action and has the very reasonably priced resorts -- ideal for groups and families. But some of the higher-end hotels can be found here too. Station 3 is best known for its cheap accommodations. You can find resorts here with rates as low as Php600 a night. This is probably one of the reasons why visitors prefer to stay in this area -- they are able to make their pesos go a long way. Bulabog Beach is dubbed as the "best kiteboarding beach in Asia". It is a 2.5 km beach located at the east side of the island, protected by coral reefs, and is home to the kiteboarding and windsurfing enthusiasts. It is like the opposite of white beach - quieter, laid back, relaxed. There are however some resorts and villas here, and lately, it became the favorite site of real estate developments.
